MBR hospital sewage treatment process
MBR hospital sewage treatment process
MBR is a new sewage treatment process which combines membrane separation technology with bioreactor. Compared with the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional activated sludge process, it can carry out efficient solid-liquid separation, and overcome the shortcomings of the traditional process, such as unstable effluent quality and easy sludge bulking.
Advantages of MBR:
It has strong impact load resistance, high-quality and stable effluent quality, can completely remove SS, and has a good interception effect on bacteria and viruses.
The complete separation of reactor hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT) makes the operation control more flexible and stable; The microbial biomass concentration in the bioreactor is high, which can be up to more than 10g/l. The volume load of the treatment unit is high, and the floor area is small, which reduces the volume required for nitrification.
MBR has low excess sludge output and even no excess sludge discharge, which reduces the sludge treatment cost.
It is beneficial to the interception and growth of slow-growing microorganisms, and improves the nitrification efficiency of the system. It can prolong the hydraulic retention time of some refractory organics in the system, which is conducive to the improvement of the degradation efficiency of refractory organics.
Scope of application:
It is applicable to small-scale hospital sewage treatment projects with less than 300 beds, especially when the ground is small and the water quality requirements are high.
